Pakistan participated Fetes Consulaires in Lyon, France

Lyon (Imran Y. CHOUDHRY):- Mayor of Lyon Grégory Doucet alongwith his team members was received by Embassy’s officials at Pakistan pavillion. He enjoyed traditional Pakistani drink Rooh-Afza and was presented with handmade football. The Mayor appreciated the diverse Pakistani arts, culture, cuisine and music on display.

The Pakistani pavilion won hearts of all as the mehndi stall, handicrafts, delicious kebabs & samosas remained the talk of the festival.

A fashion show was also organised by the Pakistan Embassy in collaboration with Ms. Naina Khan, Paris based Pakistani designer & Ms. Komal, Paris based Pakistani makeup artist. The fashion show with Pakistani music in the background enthralled all as it showcased colourful Pakistani bridal & traditional dresses .

Around 40 other countries & cultural associations participated in 2-day Fetes Consulaires 2024
